  1. Buy the hard copy. Avoid the eBook version! The book content is good but the eBook is worthless, it's horrible to navigate through because there are no page numbers, and the page layout changes when you come back to a page you were previously on. Setting book marks doesn't help because there is no easy way to choose which bookmark you want to go to. This eBook is SO frustrating to study with!

  2. it looked like it had been through a lot The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because the book arrived on time and it seems to have all the pages. When I got the book it was tattered, it looked like it had been through a lot. Last week some of the pages started to fall out while I was reading it and I had to get tape and tape them back in. I also had to tape the upper portion of the outside of the book! I hope I can finish reading the book before more pages fall out! This is not what I expected at all from Amazon.
