The only thing missing from this incredible return-to-form by the legendary pop/R&B/funk group is original bandleader Maurice White's co-lead vocals alongside longtime member Philip Bailey's.   3. Earth Wind and Fire I've listened to EWF since early '70's as a tween, and this album did not disappoint me. Right out the gate with Sign on with its funky beat, to Love is Law of course Philip's vocals are just as strong and smooth as ever, of course sliding into Guiding Lights, which teased us for over a year and gave us a taste of good things to come.
